("Flomentum," "we," "us"), offers a text message program (the "Program") that sends recurring automated marketing messages, including promotions, discounts, reorder and subscription reminders, product updates, and cart reminders, to the mobile number you provide.

2. Consent

By opting in through our website, a checkout checkbox, or by texting a keyword to our number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Flomentum at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of that number and are at least 18 years old. If you are buying for someone else, please enter only your own mobile number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. We may send a one-time confirmation message after you sign up.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Flomentum does not charge for the Program.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL, or tell us in any reasonable way that you no longer want texts. After opting out, you will receive one message confirming your request and no further marketing texts. To rejoin, sign up again on our website.
