This actually works a lot faster than I thought it would. It says to give it time, like a month, but I noticed some improvement in a week and a little bit better after two weeks. I'm on my third week and I decided to get off of my BPH medication for this. No it will return you to what it was like before BPH, but I no longer experience extremely weak urine streams that would not make it to the bowl. I was on Alfuzosin, and I am urinating practically as good with this product.
