It's very good as far as a tonic is supposed to be but you still need to see a doctor to cure this problem completely.

I would give this product five stars -- I've been using it for years and I believe it's helped me -- but in the past year or so many of the gel capsules leak. The taste of the saw palmetto is very bitter to start with but if you're putting these in with other pills in a case expect them to leach into the other medications.

Unfortunatley these did absolutely nothing for me. Seems to be high quality. If this works for you this brand is a good one.
